Service Agreement

Luntra Infrastructure LLC, a Wyoming-registered entity, operates an AI-native blockchain platform built upon Ethereum's OP Stack. Our comprehensive ecosystem encompasses:

• Hybrid execution layer combining Optimistic and ZK Rollup technology
• Smart transaction ordering with MEV protection
• Paymaster+ account abstraction framework
• ChainSage™ intelligent wallet analytics
• Decentralized AI model marketplace with blob storage
• Complete developer toolkit including SDKs and APIs
• AgentX autonomous AI execution environment

Our platform operates on a non-custodial basis. We do not manage private keys, store user funds, or provide custodial services. Users maintain complete responsibility for their accounts and security.

As a non-custodial platform, Luntra cannot recover lost wallet credentials or provide asset recovery services. You bear complete responsibility for safeguarding your private keys, seed phrases, and smart accounts.

Platform usage occurs entirely at your own risk. We provide no guarantees regarding:

• Uninterrupted uptime or error-free operation
• Precision of AI outputs or autonomous agent execution
• Compatibility with external chains, wallets, or platforms

Users must conduct themselves ethically and lawfully when utilizing Luntra services. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Implementation of malicious smart contracts, AI models, or autonomous agents
• Security exploitation attempts or vulnerability probing
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
• Circumvention of platform limits, access controls, or governance mechanisms
• Content deployment violating intellectual property or privacy regulations

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent platform exclusion without prior notice.

Certain platform features, including autonomous agent deployment, premium API access, and AI marketplace model listing, may incur usage fees.

Users remain responsible for all applicable gas costs and service charges. Fee structures are transparently communicated, and all payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Protocol revenues partially fund $LUNTRA token buy-back and burn mechanisms. Token ecosystem participation carries no return guarantees.

All proprietary technology, brand elements, AI modules, smart contract registries, documentation, and platform content constitute exclusive intellectual property of Luntra Infrastructure LLC and its authorized licensors.

Users are prohibited from reproducing, reverse-engineering, modifying, distributing, or commercializing any system components without explicit written authorization, except where permitted under applicable open-source licensing agreements.

The Luntra platform may integrate with external tools, blockchain networks, and services, including identity verification providers, Layer 2 bridges, and decentralized storage solutions.

We exercise no control over and assume no liability for the performance, availability, or content of such third-party services.

Luntra reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services if you violate these Terms, engage in suspicious or harmful activity, or present a risk to the platform or community.

You may discontinue use of our services at any time. Termination revokes your access to Luntra tools, services, and entitlements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luntra Infrastructure LLC shall not be liable for:

• Loss of digital assets, credentials, or model data
• Failures or vulnerabilities in user-deployed contracts or agents
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Service outages or delayed transactions
• Errors from AI-powered modules or autonomous agents

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Luntra in the past 12 months, if applicable.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located within Wyoming.
